They both want to be his girlfriend but it doesn't work out too well, so they decide that whoever kisses him first gets to be Shane's official girlfriend. But as the rivalry heats up, their friendship begins to suffer. Meanwhile, Spencer tries to fix the apartment's broken elevator.
