Hey guys! Wow, I haven't posted in a while lol! I was looking at some of the comments for my poll, and some people were mistaking me for the real iCarly. I am sadly not iCarly, I do not know Jennette, Nathan, Miranda, Jerry, or Dan, (i sadly dont :( im just a rly big fan) but I wish I did :( Yeah, just wanted to make things clear. iQuit iCarly was on last night! :) But I went to this crazy party where it ended early AND the cops came, (long story. ill tell u guys later) so I couldn't see it :( BUT i just watched it on youtube and it was SOOOO amazing! :D Yeah, so bye.

A lesson from watching TV!
Hey guys! It's Sami! Okay, first off, there's a new iCarly called iHave my principals tonight at 8. And guess who's back? Highlight between the Xs to find out!

Anyways, did you guys know that if you pay REALLY close attention to TV, you can learn stuff! (And I'm NOT talking about stuff about the characters. I'm talking about educational stuff!)
So the next time your parents ban you from TV, tell them, "TV shows I love can be really educational!"
Here are some examples:
In Total Drama Island/Action, I learned what Immunity means. They have said stuff like, "Courtney won immunity" or "Harold has immunity for the rest of the day!" and stuff like that. And, in the 1st episode, I learned what supercilious (SU-PER-CRE-JU-LESS) means. I think it means Awesome.
In iCarly, in the episode, iNevel, I learned the word "Rue." And then, after I watched it, I searched it up, and it's a word the British used in the 1900s.
yaaaaa, cant think of anything else.....
I'm gonna watch TDI now....

DAN REPLIED TO MY COMMENT!!!!!
Hey!!! I asked Dan, "What do you mean by you "legally" can't listen or publish our ideas?
And then, he replied:
Let's say I've been planning to write an episode, or create a TV series, or write a movie about a dog. Of course, there are a BILLION different stories one could write about a dog.
Now... let's say I start listening to (and reading) story ideas from people I don't even know -- strangers -- anyone out there on Earth who wants to talk to me. I'd be hearing/reading HUNDREDS of ideas that had something to do with dogs.
Then one day, I write a movie (or TV show) about a dog.
Guess what happens next.
Every single person I ever listened to who pitched me a story that had ANYTHING to do with a dog SUES ME for "stealing" their story.
Sadly, that's what happens. Because of that, people in my position can't entertain ideas (verbally or in writing) from random people who don't have agents or some kind of official representation.
I hope that sheds some light on the subject. :)

Noah News: Noah is gonna star in his cool new tv show called The Karenskys. It's about A woman finding herself entrenched in her large colorful family again when her husband takes a teaching position in her old hometown. Noah is playing Kevin Karensky-Kanitsky.
Dan News: Dan just got done editing iThink they kissed!! :)

New iCarly AND big news!!!! :)
Hey iCarly fans on Earth, Wesconsin, and Jupiter! It's ME! :) This is my first post on my BRAND NEW computer!!! :) sorry I haven't posted in a while. And sorry I never said anything about iMust have locker 239. (Well, I mentioned it like 5 posts ago) But, there's a new episode called iTwins! It's on TONITE at 8 pm! oh my gosh, i am SO excited! I can barely contain myself! :)Here is the description:
Sam claims to have a twin sister named Melanie. Freddie is not convinced, and to try to prove it, he invites "Melanie" to a dance with him as his date. The plan to try to prove that "Melanie" is really Sam takes an unexpected turn when "Melanie" kisses Freddie. Meanwhile, Carly tries to tutor Chuck to be a nice person and not beat up Spencer.

Cool second season facts!!! and iCarly release dates
Hey everyone! Some of you guys know that most countries around the world are still in the middle of season 1 of iCarly!!! Turkey (the country, not the food lol) just premiered on Nickelodeon just 2 months ago!! USA is probably the only place in the world where you could find season 2 on TV! If an American when do a different country like Germany or Canada, they'd probably be either starting season 2 or in season 1 right now!!!! Here are the release dates for each countries that have seen it so far:

iCarly updates and SUMMER!!! :)
Hey everyone!!!!! I'm soooooo happy!!!!!!!! It was my last day of school today!!!!!! :) :) :) I got a bunch of signatures in my yearbook and a lot of hugs. So, have you guys heard of the iCARLY VIDEO GAME COMING OUT IN THE FALL?!?!?! yeah, you heard me! An ICARLY VIDEO GAME!!!!! It will be available for Wii and DS. (Yes, DSi, too) It's gonna soooo cool! I'm saving up to get that this coming fall!!!! Anyway, there is a thingy going on on Nick this saturday starting at 7!!! It's called iSmell trouble night, for those who don't know. It's four back-to-back episodes of iCarly. I think the episodes are iPromise not to tell, iLook alike, iGot detention, and he new one! I am 99.9% sure that there WILL be a new iCarly. It is called iFight Shelby Marx, with VICTORIA JUSTICE AS SHELBY MARX!!! You know, she played Lola in Zoey 101, and that mean girl in Spectacular! Here is the description for the next 3 episodes:

Hey!!!!! Tonight at 8 starts Double Trouble Night!!!! Oh my gosh, I'm soooooo excited!!!!!! :P Seddie fans, you better watch good!!! Cause Dan Schneider said on his blog that there will be a SEDDIE moment!!!!! And at 8:30 RIGHT after iReunite with Missy (at 8) is the TRUE JACKSON: VP EPISODE WITH JENNETTE MCCURDY!!!!!! :D :D :D :D :D :D :D I'M SOOOOO EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ok, I'm done screaming. Also, remember Mr. Howard, the meanie teacher from iGot Detention when he gave Sam detention on the 50th webshow spectacular? He's back!!!! And Wendy, from the last episode. Scene begins with Carly, Sam, and Freddie walking into Carly's apartment.
• In this scene, we learn that Socko's grandmother has some kind of power or knowledge that can protect campers from bears. I have no explanation. :)
• Sam has a line in this scene that was scripted as "If that's Freddie's mother don't open it." But on set during filming, I changed the line to, "If that's Freddie's mom, tell her I moved to Guada La Hara."
• We meet "Missy" in this scene. She's Carly's best friend from early childhood. For the role of Missy, I cast an actress named Haley Ramm. Haley happens to be a very close friend of Miranda's, in real life.
• Big cheers and applause to the Schneider's Bakery post production team for the super-cool visual effect of Spencer's flare firing across the room!
*** Scene 2 ***
Scene begins with the teacher, Mr. Howard, talking to kids through a bullhorn.
• Mr. Howard is telling the kids about "School At Sea" – a program where high school kids can spend part of their school year learning on a cruise. There really are programs like this, available to kids.
• As Carly and Missy come down the stairs, watch the kid with the bushy red hair ("Kevin") holding the brown paper bag. If you watch the paper bag closely, you can see it MOVE. Another little touch added by our wonderful post production team.
• We never reveal the mystery of Kevin's onion ring. Can you guess what it is?
• We learn that Seattle has its very own meat festival. Who knew? And of course Sam has tickets. Of course!
• I enjoy the girls' three-way disgusted shiver at the end of this scene.
*** Scene 3 ***
Scene begins with Spencer coming down the stairs into the basement (storage area) of Bushwell.
• Spencer's stunt double COULD NOT be better! When the shelving unit falls on Spencer, that's not really Jerry. It's Dorian, Jerry's stunt double. You know how you can tell he's the perfect stunt double for Jerry? As the shelving unit falls, he turns his face out... and you can clearly see Dorian's face... yet you still can't tell it's not Jerry. That's pretty amazing. (A big thanks to our makeup and hair departments for helping create that perfect match.)
*** Scene 4 ***
Scene begins with Carly and Missy coming off the elevator.
• How groovy is Carly's afro vest? Way to go, Kris (our head costumer).
• Another mention of Wahoo Punch, a new beverage added to the world of Schneider's Bakery. Wahoo Punch first started on iCarly. (Drake & Josh had Mocha Cola and Doctor Fizz. Zoey 101 had Blix.)
• We had to do about fifteen takes before we got Sam's phone to land in the Wahoo Punch pitcher. Finally, we got it.
• Missy mentions her Aunt Gloria. That's the name of my aunt – my mom's sister who lives in Boston. :)
• I love that my post production department added Socko on the screen of the cell phone.
*** Scene 5 ***
Scene begins with Sam eating chocolate.
• Look behind Sam. One of these days I need to ask the guy who does our set dressing why their are two pump bottles of LOTION on top of the microwave. What the heck? LOTION? Whyyyy?

Scene begins with a boy named Chuck walking downstairs into the basement.
• Do you remember Chuck? He first appeared in iHurt Lewbert. He was the kid playing racquetball in the lobby, and then he attacked Spencer. We all love this character - the kid (Ryan Ochoa) is soooo good. And, for some reason, it's always fun to see Spencer go head-to-head with an obnoxious kid.
• Ryan Ochoa (who plays Chuck) has a little brother who appeared in Merry Christmas, Drake & Josh.
• When Chuck calls Spencer a "monkey" and hits the door with his racquet, it's just hilarious.
*** Scene 7 ***
Scene begins with Freddie setting up his camcorder on a tripod.
• Jennette was awesome in this scene. She played "sick" very well.
• Sam says, "I feel like butt!" We at iCarly have a feeling that this phrase is going to catch on, sweeping America! ;)
• I challenge any human being to not laugh when Sam grabs Freddie by the shirt and yells "Look at the facts!"
• For those who don't know yet, the unseen voice that says "Rrrraaaandom Dancing!" – that's ME. :)
• At the end of this scene, it's hard NOT to go "Awww" for Sam, isn't it?
*** Scene 8 ***
Scene begins with Carly bringing Sam a nice bowl of chicken soup.
• We mention "The Fresh Prince of Bel Air" in this scene. This is rare. I almost never use real pop culture references in my shows. This one just seemed pretty funny.
• Sam describes what she originally thought Lewbert's wart might have been. We (the writers/producers) are all wondering how the closed captioning people will spell the adjective Sam uses. ;)
*** Scene 9 ***
Scene begins with Spencer trapped in his storage unit while Chuck plays a video game.
• One of my favorite comedy lines of this year: "You wish it was water." Kills me.
• So, what do YOU think is in Chuck's squirt gun? Hmmm?
*** Scene 10 ***
Scene begins with the three girls: Carly, Sam, and Missy sitting at the Groovy Smoothie.
• I usually don't point out mistakes (we don't make many). But in this scene, one minor thing bugs me. When Sam breaks her cup, the smoothie liquid that spills out is too thin. Too much like punch. I didn't catch it until I got into editing. It's not a bad mistake, but I wish it had been more of a real (thicker) smoothie consistency. It's possible that it started out right, but melted (got thinner) under the stage lights as we shot the scene.
*** Scene 11 ***
Scene begins with Sam and Freddie together, alone, in the hallway.
• Interesting that Sam comes to Freddie for help, isn't it?
• So now, we learn that when Freddie is upset, he yells "Aw, butter!" -- as opposed to Gibby who (in iGo Nuclear) says, "Aw, mustard!" So which is better?
*** Scene 12 ***
Scene begins with Missy walking to her locker.
• Check out Sam's GLARE at Missy as Sam puts books in her locker. Jennette is SUCH a FANTASTIC actress. That glare actually scares me. Even though Jennette is a tiny little thing (maybe 95 pounds), I believe "Sam" could beat the crud out of me! Haha.
• Look at the inside of Sam's locker. Apparently, Sam is quite the fan of Drake Parker. ;)
• I give Sam's zip-up jacked an A+. Go Kris!
• Mr. Howard is hilarious in this scene, don't you think? I laugh every time I hear him say, "I couldn't care less about the words I'm saying." Also, I like when he says "Yaaayyy" with no energy. I love that guy – actor David St. James. He was brilliant in iGet Detention so we keep bringing him back! (The first time I ever hired him was for All That, in a sketch called "Harry Bladder" which parodied Harry Potter.) P.S. The way he says "Jeeeeez" when he walks off also makes me chuckle.
• Don't we all need an awesome, cool, meat-lovin' best friend? :D
• In this scene, Carly says to Sam, "You're the best." This is something I tend to say a lot to my friends, and the great people who work on my shows. "You're the best" is a very me thing to say.
*** Scene 13 ***
Scene begins with Spencer trapped in his storage cage as Chuck watches him from a chair.
• How funny is it when Chuck admits his guilt, saying "Yeah" – and then Spencer goes, "Yeeaaaaahhhh". That's another line that makes everyone who's seen this episode laugh out loud.
• I also love the way Jerry delivers the final line in this scene. He must know what was in that squirt gun! Can you blame him?

Scene begins with Carly and Freddie on a bench at school, studying.
• For the record, Austria and Australia are not the "same thing." :)
• We have Wendy in this scene. Some people who work on iCarly thought there might be some confusion because Wendy and Missy look a bit similar. Hopefully no one will be confused. Were you?
• For the iCarly fans who like the whole Sam/Freddie relationship... I think they will like this scene very much.

• We mention "The Fresh Prince of Bel Air" in this scene. This is rare. I almost never use real pop culture references in my shows. This one just seemed pretty funny.
• Sam describes what she originally thought Lewbert's wart might have been. We (the writers/producers) are all wondering how the closed captioning people will spell the adjective Sam uses. ;)

Scene begins with Spencer trapped in his storage unit while Chuck plays a video game.
• One of my favorite comedy lines of this year: "You wish it was water." Kills me.
• So, what do YOU think is in Chuck's squirt gun? Hmmm?
*** Scene 10 ***
Scene begins with the three girls: Carly, Sam, and Missy sitting at the Groovy Smoothie.
• I usually don't point out mistakes (we don't make many). But in this scene, one minor thing bugs me. When Sam breaks her cup, the smoothie liquid that spills out is too thin. Too much like punch. I didn't catch it until I got into editing. It's not a bad mistake, but I wish it had been more of a real (thicker) smoothie consistency. It's possible that it started out right, but melted (got thinner) under the stage lights as we shot the scene.
*** Scene 11 ***
Scene begins with Sam and Freddie together, alone, in the hallway.
• Interesting that Sam comes to Freddie for help, isn't it?
• So now, we learn that when Freddie is upset, he yells "Aw, butter!" -- as opposed to Gibby who (in iGo Nuclear) says, "Aw, mustard!" So which is better?
*** Scene 12 ***
Scene begins with Missy walking to her locker.
• Check out Sam's GLARE at Missy as Sam puts books in her locker. Jennette is SUCH a FANTASTIC actress. That glare actually scares me. Even though Jennette is a tiny little thing (maybe 95 pounds), I believe "Sam" could beat the crud out of me! Haha.
• Look at the inside of Sam's locker. Apparently, Sam is quite the fan of Drake Parker. ;)
• I give Sam's zip-up jacked an A+. Go Kris!
• Mr. Howard is hilarious in this scene, don't you think? I laugh every time I hear him say, "I couldn't care less about the words I'm saying." Also, I like when he says "Yaaayyy" with no energy. I love that guy – actor David St. James. He was brilliant in iGet Detention so we keep bringing him back! (The first time I ever hired him was for All That, in a sketch called "Harry Bladder" which parodied Harry Potter.) P.S. The way he says "Jeeeeez" when he walks off also makes me chuckle.
• Don't we all need an awesome, cool, meat-lovin' best friend? :D
• In this scene, Carly says to Sam, "You're the best." This is something I tend to say a lot to my friends, and the great people who work on my shows. "You're the best" is a very me thing to say.
*** Scene 13 ***
Scene begins with Spencer trapped in his storage cage as Chuck watches him from a chair.
• How funny is it when Chuck admits his guilt, saying "Yeah" – and then Spencer goes, "Yeeaaaaahhhh". That's another line that makes everyone who's seen this episode laugh out loud.
• I also love the way Jerry delivers the final line in this scene. He must know what was in that squirt gun! Can you blame him?
*** Scene 14 ***
Scene begins with Carly and Freddie on a bench at school, studying.
• For the record, Austria and Australia are not the "same thing." :)
• We have Wendy in this scene. Some people who work on iCarly thought there might be some confusion because Wendy and Missy look a bit similar. Hopefully no one will be confused. Were you?
• For the iCarly fans who like the whole Sam/Freddie relationship... I think they will like this scene very much.

Scene begins on a big ship in the ocean.
• How cool does this scene look visually??? Can you believe we shot this on a sound stage, indoors???

iCarly updates!
Hey!!!! Sorry I haven't posted in a while, I've been banned from the computer. :( But now I'm not banned!!! :) Anyways, on my last 2 posts, it says the new episode (iDate a bad boy) is on May 5th. (last saturday) But, thanks to iiCarlyy, they got it screwed up. >:( It's actually May 9th (on a saturday) at 8 pm. It's a one-hour special!!! :D Since I have a google account, another GREAT program (besides blogger) they have is called Google Alerts. I just type in a name or whatever, and I get the latest scoop about it. So I put the whole iCarly cast, iCarly, Seddie, and Creddie on there. So whenever I get an update, I will post it here on my site!!! Oh, yeah. The creator of iCarly has a youtube!!! I just noticed it when I was playing around on his site. (no, he doesn't have a facebook or myspace YET. just a twitter and youtube) here's his youtube sccount:

Hannah Who? iCarly is TV's queen among young audiences
HOLLYWOOD - Everyone knows who Hannah Montana is. But perhaps only kids know that she has been unseated as TV's reigning tween queen by Carly Shay.
Carly, the plucky 15-year-old star of the Nickelodeon comedy iCarly, quietly overtook Disney Channel's Hannah Montana -- and this year, American Idol -- in the ratings race for young audiences.
Miranda Cosgrove, who plays Carly, is still a name that draws quizzical looks while Miley Cyrus sells out movie theaters and concert arenas. Nor is Cosgrove the whirlwind of controversy that Cyrus has been. Last month, Cosgrove posted to her Twitter page: "Just finished 5 more hours of math. At least this afternoon was fun! My first real driving lesson!" -- a far cry from Cyrus' recent bio (dating a 20-year-old and a Jonas brother, and posing provocatively for Vanity Fair.)
And yet, in its second season, iCarly, which follows the misadventures of three friends who produce a Web show about, well, nothing in particular, has grown into TV's No. 1 series among kids (ages 2 to 11) and tweens (ages 9 to 14), drawing an average 5.6 total million viewers to new episodes.
So how did Carly do it? Unlike her scandal-attracting peers, she has the Web working with her instead of against her.
By design, iCarly is the only children's show plugged seamlessly into the online world, a playing field populated by blurbs of random, often outrageous comedy. Series creator Dan Schneider has been savvy enough to plot the iCarly Web segments as randomly as any teen would a YouTube channel.
During the show-within-a-show Webcasts, which the characters film in Carly's attic, Carly and her friend Sam (Jennette McCurdy) demonstrate making chicken soup in a toilet. They create trailers spoofing teen movies. They morph Carly's head onto a picture of Sam's rabid cat. They improvise short sketches with such names as "The Cowboy With a Mustache and the Idiot Farm Girl Who Thought the Mustache Was a Squirrel."
"When I pitched the show, (Nickelodeon executives) asked, ‘What's the Web show?' I said, ‘Whatever we want,'" Schneider said.
iCarly is his fourth live-action show for the network; he previously created the hits Zoey 101, Drake & Josh and The Amanda Show. It's frantic, silly and never predictable.
"I don't know who else besides us could say they've run over a microwave filled with toothpaste in a monster truck," McCurdy said.
Schneider also has been savvy about what the young people are watching and sharing online. In February, iCarly devoted an entire episode to viral-video star Lucas Cruikshank, who plays Fred, a hyper 6-year-old with temper problems, on his YouTube video channel, the site's most subscribed-to feed.
"I go online a lot, and I read stuff all the time from fans saying they love the weird stuff, the stuff that doesn't belong anywhere or make any sense," Schneider said.
To that end, he keeps the iCarly.com Web site stocked with online-exclusive videos to keep fans buzzing between new episodes. And, along with his actors, he is big on Twitter.
Which is not to say that iCarly is simply a string of Web-inspired sketches and gags. Outside of her Web-hosting duties, Carly is an overachiever in school, kind of neurotic and usually more mature than her older brother, Spencer (Jerry Trainor), who raises her while their father is (permanently) stationed on a submarine in Europe. Sam is her brash, school-hating best friend, and Freddie (Nathan Kress) is their nerdy-cool Web-show producer. Together they get into trouble while producing popular Web TV.
Further separating it from your average kids' sitcom, the series talks up to its audience, often appearing to forego lessons learned in favor of laughs. In the Season 2 premiere, Carly and Sam decided to date the same boy, and as they fought over him toward the end of the half-hour, he stumbled backward, falling eight floors down an elevator shaft and winding up in a full body cast. It ended the squabbling -- and the episode.
"There's no resolution, and I love that. And let me tell you, it took me a long time to win those battles (with the network)," Schneider said. "The sweet wrap-up scenes? Who wants to see 'em? Let's just end on big funny."

television that’s blaring. CARLY comes out rubbing her
eyes, also in her pajamas.
CARLY
Since when has 3am become prime
time?
SPENCER
Since they moved the time slot of
midget wrestling.
(to the screen)
Go! Go little buddy!
Carly plunks down beside him, interested.
CARLY
Midget wrestling? Don’t they
prefer to be called little people?
SPENCER
(still to the screen)
No! You can’t do that!
CARLY
Oh! That’s gotta hurt. So, is
this even a sport?
Spencer stuffs his face with popcorn.
SPENCER
Not officially. The Olympics won’t
register it. But it’s just as much
a sport as cardboard box racing.
CARLY
Officially that’s not a sport
either.
Spencer’s face drops even further. He mopes.
SPENCER
Fruit pops!
He sits and pops popcorn into his mouth a minute longer
looking at the screen then suddenly jumps and grabs Carly’s
shoulders, facing her.

We don’t need the Olympics or any
of those games. We can do our own
Olympics where cardboard box racing
and midget wrestling can be

CARLY

CARLY

INT. SHAY LIVING ROOM - MORNING
Spencer is sitting in front of the TV, wide awake and
writing with a marker on scattered paper on the coffee
table. Carly walks in, looking tired.

CARLY
What’s that?
SPENCER
The posters for our super awesome
sporting competition.
CARLY
You were serious about that?
SPENCER
Why wouldn’t I be serious?
CARLY
Um, maybe because it was 3am.
SPENCER
But you know what we should do?

What now?
SPENCER
Brown cow.
CARLY
Could you just tell me about the
sports event already!!!
SPENCER
Boy, someone woke up on the wrong
side of the couch this morning.
Anyway what I was thinking of is
how I’ve never won a medal... not
once. Why should the winners
get the medals?
Spencer stops what he is doing and curls up in the fetal
position on the couch. He starts to rant, tears coming.
SPENCER (CONT’D)
And it’s not fair!!! Why can’t I
win anything?!!! Why?!!
CARLY
If it would make you feel better,
I’ll buy you a medal.
SPENCER
Yes that would make me feel
better. But what would make me
feel super is that if for this
sports event we give medals only to
the losers.

CARLY
You know, I’d hate to say this, but
I wouldn’t mind competing for
something like that.
SPENCER
So we’re on?
CARLY
Yeah, we’re on. Just pull yourself

Spencer gets up wiping away his tears.
SPENCER
OK. So who wants breakfast?
INT. SCHOOL HALLWAY - DAY
Carly yawns, and her head hits her locker. She hears a
BLARING which makes her jump suddenly and turns to see SAM
with a blaring horn in her hand.
SAM
What’s shakin’?
CARLY
Not bacon.
SAM
Let me guess, Spencer was working
last night on another
sculpture? Was was it of this
time?
Sam closes her eyes and pretends to be in deep thought.
SAM (CONT’D)
Honey covered shoe boxes?
CARLY
Wrestling midgets actually.
SAM
Wow. Spencer’s gettin’ really
creative.
CARLY
It’s was on TV. Spencer’s bummed
because midget wrestling isn’t an
official sport.

FREDDIE ducks the TWO WRESTLERS arguing by his locker and
scurries over to them.
SAM
Here comes our midget wrestler now.
FREDDIE
Hey! I’m not a midget!
Sam pushes him onto the floor. He struggles to get up as
she keeps a foot on him.
SAM
And not much of a wrestler either.
CARLY
Anyways, Spencer has this crazy
idea about doing our own Olympics,
because the committee has rejected
all his favorite sports.
Sam takes her foot off Freddie and he gets up, brushing
himself off.
FREDDIE
What are his favorite sports?
CARLY
Oh, you know. Mostly made-up ones.
SAM
Sounds promising.
FREDDIE
So is this going to be a segment or
something?
CARLY
I don’t know. Spencer’s really
excited about it. He’s getting
posters made up today.
SAM
Hey! Whose show is this
anyway? Spencer’s? Isn’t it
supposed to be our say what the
content is?
CARLY
He said we can make up our own
sports to be in his ’Special
Games’.

SAM

FREDDIE
Can’t he think of a better title?
CARLY
Well, Spencer’s a pretty special

SAM

FREDDIE
We can’t hold it in the loft.
CARLY
I know. Spencer’s going to ask if
we can use the schools sporting
grounds.
Freddie snorts.
FREDDIE
Yeah, good luck.
CARLY
He says he’s got blackmail material
on Miss Briggs.
SAM
Blackmail material? Why didn’t
anyone tell me about this
development sooner?
CARLY
Guess he forgot about it.
SAM
How could you forget a thing like
that?
Freddie’s face is pale.
FREDDIE
So what now? We’re going to
recruit jocks to be in our ’Special

Sam takes him by the collar and throws him into a crowd of

The jocks take his collar and hurl him towards a group of
GIRLS where he lands instead, directly into a locker.
CARLY
Looks like Spencer is not the only
one making up new sports.
INT. MISS BRIGGS OFFICE - DAY
Spencer is pacing by the door of the office where MISS
BRIGGS stares him down, sitting at her desk.
SPENCER
Well, well, well... it seems that
the tables have turned.
MISS BRIGGS
Spencer Shay, why are you in my
office?
SPENCER
I’ll have you know I know your
little secret. I have proof. And
I can keep it quiet... but you have
to do something for me first.
MISS BRIGGS
What on earth are you talking
about?
Spencer throws a paper down on her desk. It’s a printed
picture of Miss Briggs altered as a man.

Miss Briggs looks at the picture, then to Spencer.
MISS BRIGGS

Miss Briggs gets up calmly but her mouth is noticeably

SPENCER
I came here to do something today
and I’m going to do it.
Miss Briggs gets a baton out of her desk draw and slaps it
on her palm threateningly.
Spencer recoils and shields himself, then starts speaking
really fast.
SPENCER (CONT’D)
We needed to borrow the sports
field for a big sporting event that
we’re going to be filming live to
spite all the other official
sporting games that reject the
coolest sports ever invented...
mostly by me.
He heaves trying to catch his breath. She puts her baton by
her side, raising an eyebrow.
MISS BRIGGS
You can do it.

SPENCER
We can do what?
MISS BRIGGS
Use the sport field. But it’s the
school’s event. We need something
like this to qualify for a school
grant.
SPENCER
You mean it?
She nods, he wraps his arms around her.
SPENCER

He goes to the door, then turns back around.
SPENCER
Oh, and your secret is safe with
me.
He leaves. Miss Briggs shakes her head.
MISS BRIGGS
Idiot.
INT. SHAY LIVING ROOM - AFTERNOON
Sam slumps in front of the TV. Carly sits next to her.
SAM
I can’t believe Spencer would
reject all my sporting ideas!
CARLY
Well, ’Freddie Tossing’ isn’t a
sport that has a chance of being
world recognized.
SAM
Then what about ’Spitball Freddie’
or ’See How Long You Can Hold
Freddie Under Water’?
CARLY
How about you leave the sports to
me and you can be a trainer?
Sam rubs her chin.

FREDDIE

FREDDIE
What?
Sam trips him to the floor. He catches himself with his
hands and goes to lift himself up.
SAM
That’s one. I said 40.
CARLY
Sam’s being our trainer for the
games.
FREDDIE
Great.
SAM
You’re our iCarly official midget
wrestler. So I want to see 39
more!
Freddie half-heartedly does a few more push-ups and gets up.
SAM
Did I say stop?
FREDDIE
We have to do the webcast!

Freddie counts down with his fingers, his camera pointed at

SAM

cat eating it’s own vomit...
CARLY
But we’re announcing the first

It’s raining outside and Spencer is covering himself with a
yellow raincoat. He tries to speak through THE HOWLING
WIND.
CARLY
Spencer? What’s the plans for our
sporting event?
SPENCER
Well, I’m hoping the weather picks
up here. But we’re standing right
where the ’Egg Salad Toss’ will be
held.
SAM
Egg Salad Toss? Sounds exciting!
SPENCER
There’s just not...
The wind blows up his raincoat.
SPENCER (CONT’D)
There’s just not enough...
Spencer struggles to keep his raincoat down, but it keeps
blowing in his face.
SPENCER (CONT’D)
There’s just not enough egg salad
tossing going on in the world.
SAM
Neither is there enough Freddie
tossing!
She presses the CHEERING sound effect.
SPENCER
Anyway, there’s going to be a ton
of events going on here when the
rain stops blowing my raincoat in
my face.
CARLY
Oh yeah? Tell me what.
Spencer points to various places around the sporting
grounds.

A whistle is BLOWN. Freddie comes in doing lifts with a
cardboard box, sweatbands and all. Sam follows after him
BLOWING into the whistle shrilly again.
SAM

Freddie looks like he’s about to cry.
FREDDIE
Isn’t that enough for today?
SAM
You want to be a quitter? Did
Carly quit when she had to make up
stupid sports for everyone to
compete in? Did I quit when I
loaded that box with everything I
wanted to put into my locker?
Freddie stops and takes out of the box a couple of trophies.
FREDDIE
You really need these in your
locker?
SAM
If you had junior hot dog eating
trophies you’d put them up in your
locker too. Plus, it made the box
heavier.
She opens her locker and takes out some books that were
taking up space, throwing them in the trash bin nearby and
placing her trophies delicately into position.

I think I’d like to get actual
achievements to be proud of instead
of eating.
SAM
And you’ll have one when you beat
all those other midgets into
submission.
FREDDIE

Sam puts her hand on his shoulder.
SAM

Freddie scowls and pushes her away as Carly comes running up

That’s awesome. Spencer is going

The turnout is huge. It’s like a giant fair. Carly and
Freddie stand and survey the grounds from the center
wrestling ring.
CARLY
Even Miss Briggs is competing?
Freddie glances at Miss Briggs who is stretching in tights.
FREDDIE
That’s not a sight I wanted to be
seeing again any time soon.
Spencer comes running up to them, pulling at his hair.
SPENCER
Argh!
CARLY
What? It’s great! You’ve done an
awesome job!
SPENCER
No midgets have arrived.
Freddie looks annoyed.
FREDDIE
Little people, Spencer, LITTLE
people.
Spencer ruffles his hair.

He catches sight of Miss Briggs in her tights.
SPENCER (CONT’D)

CARLY
(snorts)
Yeah, real sensitive.
Spencer hands Carly a mega-phone and Freddie gets his camera
ready.
SPENCER
You ready to do this?
CARLY
Everyone if I could have your
attention. I’m Carly.
SPENCER
And I’m Spencer, Carly’s brother.
CARLY
And we’re the ones hosting today’s
event.
SPENCER
So make sure you check in with the
staff taking care of the event
rosters so you don’t miss your
event.
CARLY
But most of all have fun!
SPENCER
And win lots of medals!
CARLY
Or should I say lose lots of
medals?
SPENCER
Now first up the Egg Salad Toss!
MONTAGE. Running through the events:

A) Egg Salad Toss. KIDS throwing egg salad at each other.
Carly joins in, laughing as she gets covered in egg
salad. Spencer eats some off her head. As she turns around
he looks away and WHISTLES idly as if he hadn’t done
anything.
B) German Shepherd hurdles. COMPETITORS jump over them but
when the dogs move, many end up falling on their faces.
C) Spencer SHOOTS a gun to start a Pie Running Race. He
jumps at the loudness of the gun. The COMPETITORS jump too
and their pies fall to the ground.
D) Sam goes toe to toe cramming hot dogs down her throat
with a FAT KID who crams one more hot dog in than her. She
punches his gut and the hot dogs come out of his mouth.
E) Blindfolded with sticks in their hands, TWO COMPETITORS
compete in the blind "sword" fighting. Spencer in the
middle of them with a whistle to start the event. He BLOWS
it and ends up becoming a piñata when he can’t get away fast
enough.
F) Freddie is up close filming Carly as she smiles at him
while trying to spin plates on her hands. He makes her lose
her concentration and the plates SMASH.
The day comes to a close. Everyone flocks to the wrestling
ring where Spencer sits disappointed in the center.
Sam comes up to the wrestling ring, holding hands with TWO
LITTLE PEOPLE. Spencer SQUEALS upon seeing them. Sam lets
go of their hands and stands beside her friends who are
standing beside Freddie’s technical equipment.
SPENCER
You came!
LITTLE PERSON 1
Of course we came. We want the
gold medal you’re offering.
SPENCER
Actually that’s only for losers.
The little people look confused.
LITTLE PERSON 2
So where’s our competition?
Sam pushes Freddie forward.

SAM
You’d better not let Carly and I
down.
She pounds her fist in her hand. Freddie gulps.
FREDDIE
(to the little people)
You know... I’m really much more of
a lover than a fighter after all.
Spencer gets out of the ring and throws Freddie in
there. We can hear the sounds of Freddie SCREAMING as the
little people jump on him taking him down.
One hand reaches out to grab the side of the ring but
Freddie is pulled back in there.
The crowd CHEERS.
SPENCER/CARLY
Ow. That’s gotta hurt.
INT. SHAY LIVING ROOM - NIGHT
Freddie sits on the couch with countless bruises and his arm
in a sling. Sam sits beside him solemnly. Carly joins them.
SAM
Today Freddie, you became a man.
Sam looks at his gold medal with pride.
CARLY
A very little man.
FREDDIE
And I thought becoming a man was
supposed to be a good thing.
Carly holds up her medals.
CARLY
Hey look, I got 5 medals.
SAM
I didn’t get any.
FREDDIE

SPENCER SHAY is sitting in his pajamas in front of a
television that’s blaring. CARLY comes out rubbing her
eyes, also in her pajamas.
CARLY
Since when has 3am become prime
time?
SPENCER
Since they moved the time slot of
midget wrestling.
(to the screen)
Go! Go little buddy!
Carly plunks down beside him, interested.
CARLY
Midget wrestling? Don’t they
prefer to be called little people?
SPENCER
(still to the screen)
No! You can’t do that!
CARLY
Oh! That’s gotta hurt. So, is
this even a sport?
Spencer stuffs his face with popcorn.
SPENCER
Not officially. The Olympics won’t
register it. But it’s just as much
a sport as cardboard box racing.
CARLY
Officially that’s not a sport
either.
Spencer’s face drops even further. He mopes.
SPENCER
Fruit pops!
He sits and pops popcorn into his mouth a minute longer
looking at the screen then suddenly jumps and grabs Carly’s
shoulders, facing her.

We don’t need the Olympics or any
of those games. We can do our own
Olympics where cardboard box racing

Spencer is sitting in front of the TV, wide awake and
writing with a marker on scattered paper on the coffee
table. Carly walks in, looking tired.

The posters for our super awesome
sporting competition.
CARLY
You were serious about that?
SPENCER

Could you just tell me about the

Boy, someone woke up on the wrong

Anyway what I was thinking of is

Spencer stops what he is doing and curls up in the fetal
position on the couch. He starts to rant, tears coming.
SPENCER (CONT’D)
And it’s not fair!!! Why can’t I
win anything?!!! Why?!!
CARLY
If it would make you feel better,
I’ll buy you a medal.
SPENCER
Yes that would make me feel
better. But what would make me
feel super is that if for this
sports event we give medals only to
the losers.

Carly yawns, and her head hits her locker. She hears a
BLARING which makes her jump suddenly and turns to see SAM
with a blaring horn in her hand.
SAM
What’s shakin’?
CARLY
Not bacon.
SAM
Let me guess, Spencer was working
last night on another
sculpture? Was was it of this
time?
Sam closes her eyes and pretends to be in deep thought.
SAM (CONT’D)
Honey covered shoe boxes?
CARLY
Wrestling midgets actually.
SAM
Wow. Spencer’s gettin’ really
creative.
CARLY
It’s was on TV. Spencer’s bummed
because midget wrestling isn’t an

CARLY
Anyways, Spencer has this crazy
idea about doing our own Olympics,
because the committee has rejected
all his favorite sports.
Sam takes her foot off Freddie and he gets up, brushing
himself off.
FREDDIE
What are his favorite sports?
CARLY
Oh, you know. Mostly made-up ones.
SAM
Sounds promising.
FREDDIE
So is this going to be a segment or
something?
CARLY
I don’t know. Spencer’s really
excited about it. He’s getting
posters made up today.
SAM
Hey! Whose show is this
anyway? Spencer’s? Isn’t it
supposed to be our say what the

He said we can make up our own

The jocks take his collar and hurl him towards a group of
GIRLS where he lands instead, directly into a locker.
CARLY
Looks like Spencer is not the only

INT. MISS BRIGGS OFFICE - DAY
Spencer is pacing by the door of the office where MISS
BRIGGS stares him down, sitting at her desk.
SPENCER
Well, well, well... it seems that
the tables have turned.
MISS BRIGGS
Spencer Shay, why are you in my
office?
SPENCER
I’ll have you know I know your
little secret. I have proof. And
I can keep it quiet... but you have

Miss Briggs gets a baton out of her desk draw and slaps it
on her palm threateningly.
Spencer recoils and shields himself, then starts speaking

We needed to borrow the sports
field for a big sporting event that
we’re going to be filming live to
spite all the other official
sporting games that reject the
coolest sports ever invented...
mostly by me.
He heaves trying to catch his breath. She puts her baton by
her side, raising an eyebrow.
MISS BRIGGS

Sam slumps in front of the TV. Carly sits next to her.

SAM

Sam rubs her chin.

A) Egg Salad Toss. KIDS throwing egg salad at each other.
Carly joins in, laughing as she gets covered in egg
salad. Spencer eats some off her head. As she turns around
he looks away and WHISTLES idly as if he hadn’t done
anything.
B) German Shepherd hurdles. COMPETITORS jump over them but
when the dogs move, many end up falling on their faces.
C) Spencer SHOOTS a gun to start a Pie Running Race. He
jumps at the loudness of the gun. The COMPETITORS jump too
and their pies fall to the ground.
D) Sam goes toe to toe cramming hot dogs down her throat
with a FAT KID who crams one more hot dog in than her. She
punches his gut and the hot dogs come out of his mouth.
E) Blindfolded with sticks in their hands, TWO COMPETITORS
compete in the blind "sword" fighting. Spencer in the
middle of them with a whistle to start the event. He BLOWS
it and ends up becoming a piñata when he can’t get away fast
enough.
F) Freddie is up close filming Carly as she smiles at him
while trying to spin plates on her hands. He makes her lose
her concentration and the plates SMASH.
The day comes to a close. Everyone flocks to the wrestling
ring where Spencer sits disappointed in the center.
Sam comes up to the wrestling ring, holding hands with TWO
LITTLE PEOPLE. Spencer SQUEALS upon seeing them. Sam lets
go of their hands and stands beside her friends who are
standing beside Freddie’s technical equipment.
SPENCER
You came!
LITTLE PERSON 1
Of course we came. We want the
gold medal you’re offering.
SPENCER
Actually that’s only for losers.
The little people look confused.
LITTLE PERSON 2
So where’s our competition?
Sam pushes Freddie forward.
(CONTINUED)
CONTINUED: 19.
SAM
You’d better not let Carly and I
down.
She pounds her fist in her hand. Freddie gulps.
FREDDIE
(to the little people)
You know... I’m really much more of
a lover than a fighter after all.
Spencer gets out of the ring and throws Freddie in
there. We can hear the sounds of Freddie SCREAMING as the
little people jump on him taking him down.
One hand reaches out to grab the side of the ring but
Freddie is pulled back in there.
The crowd CHEERS.
SPENCER/CARLY
Ow. That’s gotta hurt.
INT. SHAY LIVING ROOM - NIGHT
Freddie sits on the couch with countless bruises and his arm
in a sling. Sam sits beside him solemnly. Carly joins them.
SAM
Today Freddie, you became a man.
Sam looks at his gold medal with pride.
CARLY
A very little man.
FREDDIE
And I thought becoming a man was
supposed to be a good thing.
Carly holds up her medals.
CARLY
Hey look, I got 5 medals.
SAM
I didn’t get any.
FREDDIE
Kept winning huh?

DVD review: iCarly, season 1, volume 2
I found this on-line!!! I have Season 1, Vol. 1, but this sounds WAAAY better!!! Here's the review.

Nickelodeon's iCarly returns to home video with season one, volume two. The DVD features Carly, Sam, and Freddie and the usual zany adventures while they produce their web show, iCarly, and also features Carly's goofy brother Spencer. This two-DVD set features twelve episodes of this fan favorite.
iCarly is a Nickelodeon teen favorite series focusing on a girl named Carly (Miranda Cosgrove) who starts her own web show titled iCarly with her two best friends Sam (Jennette McCurdy) and Freddie (Nathan Kress). Jerry Trainor stars as her goofy but lovable brother Spencer. The show follows them as they suffer the usual teen angst as well as crazy things that happen with their show and at school. The show covers a lot of common teen themes like dating, friendship, and family. This delightful DVD has the usual crazy antics that seem to follow this trio as they produce their successful web show, and if your kids are iCarly fans this will be a must-have for your video collection. The episodes can be watched individually or separately, and either way is fun and enjoyable.
I love Nickelodeon shows because they are entertaining for your kids, but they are also shows that parents can trust not to have objectionable content. As a parent, the fact that this is programming I don't have to worry about my kids watching is very important. Nickelodeon has been known for quality children's programming, and this DVD is no exception.
As a bonus, the shows are fun to watch even for adults, so parents won't go insane when kids want to watch it over and over. I spent as much time laughing at Carly's goofy brother Spencer as I did the antics of Carly and her friends.
Included on this two-DVD set are the following episodes:
Disc 1:
- "iAm Your Biggest Fan" - I absolutely loved this first episode. It involves a crazed fan named Mandy (Aria Wallace) that they can't seem to shake. The episode is very funny. Just watch out for the duck sounds!
- "iHeart Art" - The hilarity continues in this episode when Freddie bets Sam five dollars per insult that she can't stop insulting him. Watching Sam try NOT to insult Freddie is fun to watch!
- "iHate Sam's Boyfriend" - When Sam starts dating a friend of Carly, it causes hard feelings among the three friends.
- "iDon't Want To Fight" - Sam and Carly fight over a present that Sam trades for concert tickets.
- "iPromote TechFoots" - Carly gets to be the spokesperson for some great new shoe. And then the shoes fall apart and her fans get angry. Spencer falls asleep on a bus and does some international traveling.
- "iGot Detention" - While planning a special episode Freddie gets detention on the special day. Unfortunately there is a problem that involves Freddie, a ball, and the principal.
Disc 2:
- "iStakeout" - The police use the loft for a stakeout and Freddie loses a bet to Sam and has to pay the consequences.
- "iCarly Saves TV (extended version)" - Carly might be taking the show big-time,
- "iMight Switch Schools" - Sam and Freddie are upset when Carly gets a scholarship to a private school.
- "iFence" - Spencer and Freddie go fencing to get some 'guy' time.
- "iWin a Date" - Carly starts a dating segment on the show and hilarious teen dating mishaps occur.
- "iHave a Love Sick Teacher" -The kids history teacher gets dumped by her boyfriend and becomes abusive to the class. Spencer steps in and dates her til he discovers she's crazy!
The DVD is loaded with extras including a special bonus feature of the pilot episode of True Jackson, VP.
As you can see, your iCarly fans will have hours (292 minutes run time) of viewing zaniness with Carly and her crazy friends. This is definitely a DVD you can purchase for your home collection and be confident that it will be watched over and over again!

Just a quick reminder...
Heyy. It's kinda late to tell you this, but, Saturday April 11 at 8 pm is the NEW iCarly where Sam gets girly. SPOILER! SPOILER! SPOILER! SPOILER!

Sam will have a sorta birthday party and all of her friends will say a toast to her, including Freddie. Oh, and Gibby too. But instead of making her feel good, it makes her feel guilty cos' she's totally not girly at all and they only highlighted all the "bad" things that she's done to them. Lol.
Freddie considers Sam and Him as really close friends.
The name of the guy that Sam's crushing on is Marsh .
He attended Sam's birthday party and completely treated her like a dude/guy pal. Poor Sammy.
Sam will walk away from a bully named Sue who insulted her and ripped her dress cos' Sam's trying her best to be more girly.
However, when Carly got attacked, Sam started defending her and reverted back to her old self.
Thus far, there will be small Seddie exchanges, but very minor.
I was watching her videos and a saw a really cool one of how Freddie gets closer to Sam on iNevel. Here is the link:
